樹上10mのアクティビティ！草津フォレストステージ
草津フォレストステージは、草津の自然の中で47のアトラクションに挑戦できる冒険アクティビティです。タイヤ渡りやスラックライン、ジップスライダーなどのアトラクションが充実しており、コースの全長は640m、最高到達地点は10mにも及びます。2つのコースがあり、子どもが楽しめる「フェアリーステージ」、大人でも手に汗握る「マスターステージ」に分かれています。体を使って遊ぶ施設のため、スニーカーやTシャツなど動きやすい格好で参加しましょう。

スリル満点のバンジージャンプを楽しむ！八ッ場バンジー
八ッ場（やんば）バンジーは、高さ45mの橋の欄干から川に向かって一気に落ちる、スリル満点の体験ができるスポットです。494mの長さを誇る橋は、八ッ場ダムの象徴的存在。橋の大きさも、バンジーのスリルをいっそう引き立てるでしょう。安全のため年齢は15歳以上、体重は40～105kgの間の方のみ参加できます。参加の際には、通常のバンジーと水面に手で触れられる「ウォータータッチ」の2つのコースから選択をしてください。スリルを楽したい方は必見ですよ。GoProレンタルとデータをサービスしているため、思い出に残る体験になります。

水陸両用車に乗って冒険に出発！八ッ場にゃがてん号
八ッ場（やんば）にゃがてん号は、2020年3月に完成した八ッ場ダムのダム湖を使ったアクティビティです。水陸両用車に乗り込み、陸地・湖の上の両方からダム周辺を観光できます。乗車時間は約75分。そのうち約30分間は水上遊覧の時間です。乗客は通常のバスと同じく椅子に座っているだけなので、世代を問わず楽しめるツアーとして人気を集めています。1日5便が運行していますが、夏休みなどの混み合う期間は予約するのがおすすめです。

自転車型トロッコを満喫！吾妻峡レールバイク アガッタン
吾妻峡（あがつまきょう）レールバイク アガッタンは、専用の自転車型トロッコに乗って線路の上を走る体験ができるアクティビティです。旧JR吾妻線の線路の一部を活用したコースは、片道約2.4km。レールバイクを漕ぎながら、日本一短い鉄道トンネルとして知られていた「樽沢トンネル」、国指定の景勝地である「吾妻峡」の美しい景色を眺められます。とくに秋は、紅葉で色づいた景色が楽しめると大人気。レールバイクは補助シートを使えば最大4人乗りなので、親子で1台のバイクに乗って、会話をしながら乗車できますよ。
